When gives you Port from Portugal, you make cocktails.
This little Port cocktail we spun up is deceptively delicious for the Summer months, and will prove an excellent addition to your cocktail repertoire.
Por(t) Me Another
- 2 oz Barbancourt 15 year Rhum
- 1/2 oz Calem Tawny Port
- 1/2 oz lime juice
- 1 barspoon cinnamon simple syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- Mint
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a mint sprig and serve.
