Named for the 75-millimeter M1897 used by the French field artillery in WWI, this drink is just like its namesake - light and potent. 

2. Sparkling Negroni

For those of you who prefer your New Year's eve libations with a bit more kick, try this boozey riff on the Negroni.

3. Kir Royale

It's a classic for a reason. Plus, it's hard to say no to anything that has "Royale" in its name.

4. Champagne Cocktail

Don't let the name confuse you, this is not a category of drinks, but rather a stupid easy and incredibly delicious cocktail.
