How to Make a Campari Collins
- 1 1/2 oz Campari
- 1/2 oz Grand Marnier
- 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 2 oz soda water
Tools: Mixing Glass, Barspoon
Combine all ingredients except the soda water in a mixing glass with ice. Stir and strain into a Collins glass filled 2/3 with cracked ice. Top with soda water and garnish with an orange wedge.
